can we get visa at the border?

Question

Hi we want to go to shenzen for shopping, it means we wil stay no more that 10 hour. we are coming from hong kong. I am slovak passport holder and my friend is an czech passportholder. thanks for answear.

Only a few nationals can get the VOA at the Luohu or Shekou Border. I suggest you apply for a L type in HK before visiting Shenzhen. It's the safest way.
