It depends on where you apply for it. CVASC has three branches in India. If you apply in New Delhi, you need to collect it on May 7 (rush service) and May 10 (regular service). If you apply in Kolkata, you can collect it on May 6 (regular service) and May 3 (rush service). If you apply in Mumbai, you should collect on May 2 (rush service) and May 6 (regular service)
