flight from beijing to hong kong

We require a flight from Beijing to Hong Kong on Feb 16th, 2014. When is the best time to book a flight for the best price? Is it better to book from Canada or China?

There are a lot of changes in the tickets price. If you book them online, you can use TravelChinaGuide and do it in your own country. But the website doesn't show price for flight to and from Hongkong, you need to fill an online enquire form and wait for an email with quotation. i suggest you buy them as earlier as possible for better price.
