About:Visa on Arrival

Voa shenzen from hongkong to catch flight from senszen

Can I do that?
i only have single entry visa and already use for Guang zhou, after that I go to hongkon for one day but comeback again to shenzen to catch flight from there. Can I use VOA to shenzen to catch flight from shenzen?
