z and temporary residence inquiry

If i apply here in my country for Z, i am required to submit a health certificate as of the one requirement. i have read that for temporary residence permit, a health check is also a requirement. do i need to take another health check when i arrive in china or the one i got here is already enough? also, another question, how much will be the fees for applying the residence permit? Thanks..
