About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

F to L Question

I have a temporary extended F visa that was only issued for 15 days. I am not sure what I can do to extend my time in China aside from applying for a L for 30 days. Is this possible to do while in China? If so, what forms will I need and what is the typical time frame?

Can I apply for this at my local PSB?
Thanks!

If your current F was extended after entry, I am afraid you can not extend it again or apply for an L. You have to apply for a new F (if for business) outside of mainland.

It is hard to say, because the officers will make the final decision about the duration you will be given based on documents you provide and current situation.
