About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Does Hong Kong still qualify as required "out of the country" exit for multi-entry F?

Need to 'renew' visa because the 60 day duration per stay is up April 15, 2013 and do not want to go to Soeul.
Is Hong Kong still considered as an "out of the country of China" for this purpose?

Yes, to leave for HK counts an exit, it is ok to start a new 60 day duration this way.
