For student X application, following documents are required:
1. Application forms filled completely and truthfully.
2. One recent passport size color photograph.
3. Your original passport, a photocopy of the front, back and validity page of your passport.
4. Admission Notice issued by concerned Universities.
5. Student Application Form (JW201 form or JW202 form) issued by the Ministry of Education.
6. Covering letter from the applicant's recently graduated school or university.
7. Original "Physical Examination Record for Foreigner" issued by doctors from an Afghan public hospital.
