About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

I am a Canadian Citizen just visiting the US for 2 weeks then going to China

I did not have time to apply upon leaving due to holiday schedule. Can I apply for it in San Francisco?

You can apply for it but I am not sure if you will get it successfully. You need to provide your orginal and copy of your USA visa excluding other documents required.
