Query on Taxi Cost

Hi , what is the taxi cost from Beijing - Capital Airport to Days Inn Forbidden City after midnight. Do taxi drivers practise fix sum cost ? i checked google map, the estimated distance is 30km and will take around 30mins is this accurate ? thanks

The taxi fare is around CNY100. It is charged by meter usually. The travel time is about 40 minutes.
