About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

free shuttle bus to marco polo prince hotel

i am arriving via airasia, so in order for me to avail of the free shuttle bus going to my hotel (marco polo prince) kowloon, i will just have to present my airline ticket? what do you mean by airport express passengers?

The free shuttle buses are provided for those who take Airport Express Line to reach Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Station. These buses starts from HK Station and Kowloon Station.
If you do not take the Airport Express, you are not acceptable to take the free shuttle bus.
