where can we get shenzhen visa if we are holding philippines passport?

is the visa required for a day tour?

The single entry five-day Tourist Visa is available at Luohu (Lo Wu) Port, Huanggang Port, Shekou Port and Fuyong Port if you visit Shenzhen for 5 days at most.

I don't think they will issue visa on the border for Philippines Passport holders. I've friends who have been forced to return to Hong Kong because the immigration officials refused to issue visas to Filipinos. Better play safe and get your visa here in the Philippines at the Chinese Embassy before going on your trip.
