To get a 3 months F in Thailand

Hi people!

I'm currrently living in Shanghai with a student X and I need to exit China to apply for a new F-business because my internship finish in June and my current X finish in March.
My company told me to go to Thailand to do it.I'm French, and I have an invitation letter from the company, I need a F for 3 months to finish my internship.Someone could tell me if I have chance to get it from Thailand? From which embassy?
