Guangzhou to Hong Kong return

Hi , I am arriving in Guangzhou in April with my family . We want to get the train to HK one morning and thn return the following day in the evening. Can I book the return tickets with you or should I do it when I arrive at the Shifu hotel in Guangzhou ?
