If coming from Suide (Shaanxi) to Qikou, what is the best way ? (the distance appears to be 100km or so) ....

A) Should I catch bus to Wubu or Liulin (or somewhere else) and then catch another bus or take a taxi to Qikou ? .... B) Take train from Suide to Lvliang and then try and find bus/taxi to Qikou ? ... C) Hire a taxi all the way from Suide to Qikou (which I assume will be expensive and maybe the driver won't know where Qikou is?). Please advise me the best way, thanks !
