Is there a bank charge if i change usd to CNY at Beijing Capital Airport? If so, how much?

Don't worry! There are several banks at the airport where you can exchange money. You need pay the charge fee. I remember it is CNY50 for exchanging a sum of money .1

Airport always charge exchange rate higher than others. You can check online current exchange rate (such as xe.com) and airport exchange rate usually charge around 4-5 Yuan for every 100Y. You also lose on the exchange rate from USD to CNY/RMB. If you have money changer locally, you'd better change your money there.
