About:Fujian Travel

I note that there is a Xiamen-Longyan train which stops in Nanjing (Fujian).

While I understand it isn't close to the tulous, it seems like taking the train and then taking a car or bus from Nanjing would be much faster than taking a bus from Xiamen. Are there tours from the Nanjing station or tour guides with cars from there and would I save time that way? Four hours each way on the bus seems so long!

Yes, that is right. The train will stop at Nanjing Station on the way and it is relatively faster than by direct bus.

As I know, there are tourist buses at Nanjing Railway Station to Tulou directly. Besides, you can certainly rent a taxi for the journey. Generally, you can find some tour guides nearby, but they may be not that trustworthy, especially for foreign people.
