Flying through Beijing for Delhi. Do we qualify for the Visa-free Transit?

The flight arrives in Beijing (PEK) on 10/28 at 11:40pm and leaves on 10/31/13 at 12:15 pm for Delhi. The return flight from Delhi to the US takes them through Beijing (just to change planes - no touring).
