About:Shanghai Transportation by Air

I decide travel to Soul from Tehran by mahan airline and connection by China southern ailline.

1- Does China Visa necessary no more than 24 hours in Shanghai International Airport when I stay in airport?
2- How baggage transfer between two airlines? Is it free cost?

If you just stay in the airport, the visa is not necessary.
Generally speaking, the baggage is sent to Seoul directly if you use one airline's plane. For your situation, it is hard to say. I suggest you to ask Mahan Airline for more detial information.
