confirmation bookingticket delivery

I'm going to China on May. If I book tickets through 'travelchinaguide', when I get confirmation booking and ticket delivery.

We suggest you book the tickets one month in advance. Normally the tickets could only be issued 5~20 days prior to the travelling date based on the regulations of China National Railway Authority. We will purchase the tickets at the earliest possible time. Train seats will not be guaranteed until tickets are issued. Normally, delivery will be arranged before your check in the hotel.
