About:Haikou Travel Tips

Travel to Haikou in May

Hi , we intend to trave a group 4 family members to Haikou in 1st week of May 2013, How is the weather at that time? Understand this period is China long public holidays will Haikou pack with people and is it easy to
get hotel accomodation in this period. Main purpose is visit relatives and some loca sightseeing, any recommendations, ?? Thank you

It is summer time then and hot.
To be honest, I suggest you avoid the first week. The hotels may not be easy to book the hotel at that time. If you can live in your relatives family, that will be nice.
For sightseeing, Dongzhai Harbor Mangrove Natural Reserve Area, Holiday Beach and Temple of Five Lords are worth seeing. Besides, if you have time, you can choose to go to Sanya for a short trip, which is also very beautiful.
