i am searching a spinning mill which is about one hour and 30 minute drive from guangzhou.

Do you mean the one in Foshan Xiqiao Textile City, which is about an hour and forty minutes away from Canton by car.
If you, so you take Guangfo Line to reach Guicheng Station and then take a taxi to reach the textile city.
I also know other two mills, one in Humen, Dongguan and then other at Zhongshan.0
