Inquery for a tourist visa

Hi, Im Filipino citizen. Should i get a tourist visa for a 4days/3nights tour in Shanghai? we plan to go there with my family, we are 9pax. We have a tour package arrange for us, with our return trip plane ticket. Thanks.

You need to apply for tourist visas in advance in Philippines.
