You need to apply for tourist visas to China. For the place/office, you need to lodge in your applications to the consulate or CVASC according to the place where you reside. Forms can be downloaded from this site. 30 Ringgit per person for a single entry. One passport-sized photo each is enough. The processing takes 4 working days.
