List of Requirements for a New CEMAC Passport in Beijing

Hello All, I need to get a new CEMAC Passport at the Cameroon Embassy in Beijing. Can anybody help me out with the requirement list and FEES and if there are any NEW rules to follow I will welcome them not leaving out cheap hotels around the embassy for accommodation. Thanks.
