Can a Tunisian passport holder obtain this visa? Tunisia is not on the list and will be visiting HK

Yes, Tunisian citizens are formally eligible to apply and to obtain a 5 day Shenzhen VOA, but you have to be aware that since recently Tunisian citizens did not have exactly excellent rate of approval, so you can expect some additional questions and maybe a bit slower processing of your application while on border crossing. In any case, I hope you will be granted a visa in order that you fulfill your travel/visit plans.0
