About:Visa on Arrival

Is Israel in the VOA countries list?

Hi,
Is Israel in the list of countires that can get VOA?
Other sites that I checked say Israeli passport cannot get VOA, is this true?

Shenzhen VOA is open to most of the countries but citizens from some countries like countries eligible for the 144-hour visa free transit have much lower probability of being refused. But it doesn't mean you cannot get it forever as the border inspection makes the decision case by case. It's high advised to contact the ports to state your situation to see the possibility in advance.
