Place of birth not mentioned in the PAR list

Dear Sir/Madam,

My mother in law was born in a small city Muzaffarnagar in the Uttar Pradesh state of India. This is not mentioned in the list provided in PAR.
What can be done?

You can try to fill in manually the city. If it doesn't work, you need to consult the visa center.
