About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I'm non-resident in Singapore. Can I ask my relative to apply China Visa on my behalf?

I'm a British, not a resident of Singapore. I will be in Singapore to go to Hai Kou with my relative.

Hi, if you plan to visit Hainan only, in a group tour organized by a travel agency registered in Hainan, then you can get visa upon arrival. I am not sure if you are exempted from visa or residence permit to work or stay in Singapore. If yes, then you can also ask your relative to handle your application on your behalf.
