Sponsorship of Nepalese Friend to HK by Non-Resident with HKID and permanent employment

I'm holding HKID and have a permanent employee in a Financial Institution for about 1 year and still continuing my employment here. Can I sponsor my friend from Nepal to travel here for leisure? What is the process?

Yes, you can. You can issue him a sponsor letter and take his documents to the HK Immigration Department to apply for a visa for him.
