About:Chinese Embassy in Colombia

Third National, Non-Resident Applying for X1 Chinese Visa in Colombia

Hello! I am a third-national (Egypt, country of nationality and residence) in Colombia on a tourist visa - so have legal stay. I need to apply to an X1 to study in Beijing, China. Would I be able to apply and receive the visa at Colombia's Bogota office? Please let me know your thoughts, and thank you.
