Overnight stay

Hi, I arrive on the 2nd December from Sydney at Pudong airport and my flight leaves a day later for London. I have a South African passport. I would like somewhere to sleep for the night but I do not have a transit visa. Is there somewhere I can shower and sleep for the night?
