Visa to Macao for Azeri people

Good morning. I am a citizen of Azerbaijan Republic. We would like to visit Hong Kong at the end of December and then spend 3 days in Macao. Do we need to get the visa to Macao beforehand or is it possible to get at the airport upon arrival? Thank you
