Hi, we are french. We would like to go to China on a tourist visa from Chinese embassy in Hanoi. Could you please tell me how to obtain one ?

What is your status in Vietnam? as I know, short-time visitors to Vietnam can not get visa there. You'd better contact the embassy directly for confirmation or a travel agency for the latest requirements.
