What should i ride from panda hotel to ocean park and from ocean park to the victoria peak tram?

You can take the hotel free shuttle bus to Mong Kok. Then you can take Tsuen Wan Line at Mong Kok MTR Station to Admiralty or Central MTR Station. Going out of the MTR station, you can easily catch bus no. 629 to the Ocean Park directly.
After visiting the Ocean Park, you can take bus no. 629 back to Central. Then walk to the Garden Road to take the Peak Tram to the Victoria Peak.

which is more convenient? going first to ocean park then the peak? or ocean park then to the peak? since we will fly back to our country at 1;30am the next day? pls help

I prefer the Ocean Park first. After visiting the park, you can go to the peak via the Peak Tram. In the afternoon, you can go down to the Victoria Bay, where you can enjoy the nigt scenery and the fireworks. After that, you can easily walk to Tsim Sha Tsui to take the hotel free shuttle bus back to the hotel.
One more thing, I suggest you ask the hotel staff about the free shuttle bus schedule in advance.
