About:Chinese Embassy in Iraq

I'm wondering how can apply my visa is it through your branch in iraq or neighbor countries?

Dear sir ,
I am holand citizen (iraqi origin ) holding Neatherland passport intend to vist TCM hospital in china with my accompany Mr shammaa abdulnabi abdulkareem iraqi citizen holding iraqi passport (brother -in-law) we get an invitation from the above hospital.

If you, as a netherland passport holder, has residence permit in Iraqi, then you may just apply for the visa in Iraqi with your partner holding Iraqi passport.
