I want to call Australia from Chengdu. Can I get a SIM withand load some credit. How much is the SIM

Where can I buy - I mean what sort of shops & what are the loading amount I can buy as credit? Standard amount like

Hi, you can go to the local sevice offices of China Mobile, China Unicom or China Telecom. There you can buy a SIM card and call Canada.
Generally, you can spend 100RMB on the card and the loading amount costs 0.6RMB per minute. As for the detailed information and fare, you can consult the operators.
