The shuttle bus line 2 will take you to the train station directly, but I think you will in a hurry if you want to catch the train in the same night. The shuttle bus will take you about 40 minutes to reach the train station, so it is suggested to stay a night. Then catch the train the next night.

Hi, actually, it is very close from the airport to the train station. It costs only about 15 RMB by taxi.
