kunming airport to train station

Dear all,I will arrive in airport from Guilin on the 17th Oct  at 21h45 and  was thinking to take the night train to Dali leaving at 23h39... are both places far away from each other? is it feasible? Audrey

The shuttle bus line 2 will take you to the train station directly, but I think you will in a hurry if you want to catch the train in the same night. The shuttle bus will take you about 40 minutes to reach the train station, so it is suggested to stay a night. Then catch the train the next night.

Dear tim, Thanks. I will try anyway and maybe taking a taxi can be another solution... do you know how much it should cost? and where I can find the timetable of the shuttle bus #2?Thamks

Hi, actually, it is very close from the airport to the train station. It costs only about 15 RMB by taxi.
