About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

I am wondering that if it is possible to apply for F-Visa, from China Embassy in Sweden?

I am Iranian and student in Sweden. I got an internship (6 months) in Hong Kong.
I have heard that Hong Kong has their own policy, and they do not give Visa to Iranian. Is that truth?

I have never heard that Hk has stopped issuing visas to Iranians. You can try to apply for it from the China embassy in Sweden.
