I am looking for a University where i can do my gradiate studies in Education

I want to studies in china , i am hoping to get ascholarship from a mining company operating in Liberia to studies in any country i wish .I have chosen china to do my studies in Education. therefore . i want you to please aquaint me with the universities that are offering master degree in Education and how to apply, the prerequsite for geting the scholarship is to apply to a unive.rsity and obtain acceptance letter, please help me it is urgent. with the acceptance letter .i can get the scholship and then start the process for the next academic year for enrollment
