About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Visa f in korea for china

Hello, i am actually living in china .I am going to see my friend in Korea for one week, i want to use this opportunity to do my f visa in Korea as i just got a job. Is it possible to do it in Korea? It would save me time and money (not going to hongkong).

I don't think you can do that as a temporary visitor there.

As french people , we have more difficulties to get visa because of the diplomatic relation between our two countries(France and China) I called lot of agencies anf they told me that it's impossible for French Passeport Holder to get visa via Agency in Korea. We have to go directly at the Consulate. I called the consulate and they told me that it is okay even didn't mention the 6 monthd Korean resident card, Just need to bring the requiered documents. But when i read all the comments saying it is not possible i am kind of lost...Hope someone can give me some advices. Thank u

I fthe consulate officers in Korea said ok, then you may have a try. The policy is changing, so just take your chance.

Yes. that is what i will do. The point is you have to pay for lot of things (plane ticket etc...) so if i buy everything before and i don,t get visa i'm gonna loose a lot of money . So i prefer to be sure, not just give it a try.
