Visa Application drop off

Hello, if I am dropping off my Visa application to the Tokyo Chinese Embassy, do they only have morning hours in which to do this, or do the afternoon hours under the Ambassador apply as well?

You should lodge in your application to the embassy Consular Office in the morning hours. They will not accept application in the afternoon.
