General tipping in China

What is the general rule of tipping?
Waiters, hotel staff, taxis, tour guides, etc, etc

To be honest, no tip is usually to waiters, hotel staffs or other people who serve you in China, so there is no a strict rule.
Therefore, the tip you give them depends on you.
