What is the policy on tipping at Restaurants and for Tour Guides?

Rod, actually it's not a must to tip the waiter/waitress at a restaurant. However, if you are really satisfied with their food and service, you can tip. Usually, you can pay 10 to 15 percent of your bill as tipping. For tour guides, you can tip 1 to 10 dollars per day according to their service.
