About tipping

If I take this tour, do I need to tip the guide and driver? Could I include that when we book the trip in advance?

Dear Viera,

Tipping is not compulsory, but it is recommended as it is a recognized way of showing your appreciation for service received. We prefer to leave it on your own since the amount of tipping is based on your satisfacation on the guide and driver's services. We never endorse poor service. Thank you.
