Can women wear sleeveless when it is hot? Bermuda shorts (to the knee), capri pants, long pants. Can men wear Bermuda shorts when it is hot? For both in Restaurants, same questions.

As I know, the average temperature of China is about 26 C. For Beijing and HK, the highest temperature could reach to about 33-34 C, so the short-sleeved shirts and shorts are suggested. Therefore, you can certainly take along your Bermuda shorts. In the restaurants, wearing the shorts are allowed. Actually, the wears are not restricted when you come to a restaurant. Just take easy.
