Does it need the Hepatitis innoculation before entering China?

I have been warned about contracting hepatitis due to poor health practises by people cooking side walk food. Also in certain restaurants.

Would it be advisable to have hepatitis innoculation before I arrive in China?

Actually, the situation of the restaurants or their cooks are not that terrible, so don't worry too much about that. It is generally not necessary. Anyway, if you want to totally keep yourself from the potential contract, you can have the hepatitis innoculation.
