About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Can I get my F visa for a US passport processed in Vancouver?

My visa for China expired 2 days ago and I am to be in China again for more business. I will be in Vancouver next week and would be able to come to the Consulate with all documents to get another F business visa (12 month multiple entry) in my US Passport. I leave for NZ at the end of the week and do not have the time to get this done in San Francisco. Can this be done in 1 day and can you pay by US credit card?
Thanks

I don't think you can get a China visa in Vancouver, since the consulate of China there requires third country applicants other than Canadian should submit the original and a photocopy of the permanent resident card, study permit or work permit for a visa application.
