Z Chinese visa for Australian passport holder currently in Czech Republic

Hello, I have an Australian passport and wish to apply for the Z visa for China, but I am currently travelling in the Czech Republic. Am I able to get the Z visa in Hong Kong since I cannot fly to Australia to get it? Thanks.
