There is no train from Macau to Guangzhou. One cheap way for you is to go across Gongbei Border from Macau and get into Gongbei, Zhuhai. Then take bus from Gongbei Long-distance Bus Station to Guangzhou. Or you can take the cross-border coach besides the Metropark Hotel Macau to Guangzhou.
